Zotac GTX 980ti AMP Extreme Overclocking and Learning!

My Overclocking Journey!​

Not the most professional guys doing like overclocking BUT I do my best!

Using Windows 10 64Bit.


Right my stock Clock's are

Clock Speed - 1253Mhz Boost 1355MHz

3D FireStrike Extreme Score - 8469

I went up in stages of 10Mhz at first only the GPU Clock speed I did the Memory later, Using Zotac's Overclocking software seem's simple and easy to use, My Power and GPU target was 111% and 91c.

I didnt push my target power and GPU Temp target when adding 30Mhz to the Clock speed so I dont have the results for that but I got a score of 8472 on 3d mark Firestrike extreme so a clear 98 difference in points.

This is where im kinda stuck so any advice or trick's haha please do reply! Wanting 9k I know I can do it! I know ive not mentioned Temps but they're staying around the 60c to 65c so very cool.

You are probably getting close to max on the core but you should be able to push the memory further.

A lot of 980 Ti's will do 2000+ on the memory.

You may be able to get a bit more on the core if you increase the voltage but be careful as the gains are not big and the Maxwell cards can get hot on air.
