I know i'm going to get flack for this but i don't care.

Same again this should have been a Black PCB when are these companies going to learn start making theses products with a Black PCB if you want gamers to buy them, I for one will not be buying a product like this until i start seeing these come out with Black PCB's.

The blue is better than green but yeah Black is better. I imagine it's going to cost a fortune as well.
Nice speeds tho!

TBH Blue is still bad tho.

I really would like to know how much extra would it really cost companies to make it with a black PCB.

My next build case, like the current, will have solid panels all around.

All that matters are the speed and quality of the components. The color would need to be Octarine for me to care. It does not give me any FPS or any other benefits.

I look at my monitor when I use my PC. Not at the PC itself. So the monitor is the only place I would spend extra for appearance.

TBH i'm surprised so many people care. I get the 'neatness' thing - for reasons such as airflow and easy maintenance. But people going for worse / more expensive components because of PCB color ?

I want everything to match, That is why i keep banging on about the PCB, I'm a colour Wh*re when it comes to computers.

Like most here then :) its all black for me.

think i'm going to look at moving away from itx. I love my case but i just look at stuff like this and know that even if i could afford it i cant have it :(

Looks interesting!

As for those saying about PCB colour, it is irrelevant. Items like these are not aimed at the aesthetic concious consumer. It is like saying that Xeon's should have a 'K' variant for gamers and overclockers.

Then who's it aimed at then? It comes in a designed box rather than a brown cardboard box and has a designed aesthetic cover, both of which are irrelevant to business users. I think it's aimed at consumers (or prosumers if that's your thing :)) some of which care about how things look in their case. Mind you it doesn't have LEDS, a dragon or an owl's eyeball so maybe it's not aimed at the "enthusiast"!

All that aside, look at those speeds :).

Prosumers/ Medium to small sized businesses especially in the video or animation editing compartment. (even PhotoShop would improve a little when working with 5+gb large PSD files) I could easily imagine our office to buy these if we wouldn't use Mac or AIO systems.

Not bad, PCB colour isn't really an issue if you have it sitting underneath a GPU or even at the bottom PCI-E slot as you would still need to look at the top of it to even see the PCB.

For the side PCB view you could literally get a black sharpy and colour it in.

Take off the metal shroud, Sand it a bit then spray it a nice matte black, Hey presto, Aesthetic ^_^

Problem is with me i know what the colour and for me it doesn't matter if it sits on a GPU i still know it's not black and it will pi** me off.

I'm sure we'll soon see PCI-E devices like this with different coloured PCB's, Remember it took mobo manufacturers an absolute age to move away from green and then blue :)
