Z77A-GD65 Error 55 / Power On Loop

Woke up this morning and my Z77A-GD65 wont boot.. Powers on then restarts in a continous power on loop.

Error 55 = no ram detected

Tried three different sticks of memory and all ram slots and the same problem persists.

Tried a celereon g540 and still the problem persists.

Have resest cmos via onboard button and by taking out the battery and problem persists.

Power supply is working fine on other system..

Any Ideas ??

Anybody have experiences with msi warranty in europe ?

MSI are in The Netherlands but you should be able to go back to the company you bought it from.
