Power Safe Mode Problem... need help!

Ok, this is driving me crazy... I have installed a new system and I can get into bios but as soon as I access my SSD and windows is booting up then it goes into Power Safe Mode and I get a black screen...... Read out number is AA.

BEFORE I installed the waterblocks etc then I tested the hardware and it worked - I even installed windows on my ssd with the drivers ffor the GPU etc.

Harware:

Asus x99 Strix
5820K
32gb RAM Trident Z 3200
Fury X with EK waterblock
AX760 psu
Kingston Savage Hyper X SSD
custom loop
Thermaltake Core P5.
24 pin + 8pin + 4pin on the Mobo.

The fury is conected through the Riser cable.

If it was the cable then I guess I would not even get into bios or get it to start o load windows or?

I have tried and take out the mobo battery, and I have reinstalled windows - all ok but then after 10 min then it goes into power safe mode AGAIN... and I stare at a black screen....

I have tried to dissable the power & sleep in the windows menu but it does not seem to work as after a time then it goes into Power Safe Mode again.

I am conected through DP - but the same DP cable then I have used with a previous system and it works perfectly, at least with the other system that I have here.

This is stressing me so much that I am about to throw the PC out the window... :ar:

WHAT can I do??? I need some help pls.........

Does the system go into power safe mode or does the display display "power safe mode" because it get's no signal?

the display displays *power safe mode*

But if it would be the GPU then I could not see bios or? The crap thing is that I cant change card unless I drian the whole loop and demount the hard tubing.

The ram does not give off any problem signal or anything either.

Do you have another Display to test maybe with DVI or HDMI (TV or something) to see if it makes a difference?

Can you test without the riser cable? Also, I know it's a daft question but have you connected the GPU power cables?
