z 5500 and SPDIF out?

hello! I have a msi GX620 laptop who supporting 7.1 Home Theater and SPIDF out - Question(now i listening music on 6 channel direct), How can I connect my Z5500 with my laptop to sweat digital outputs coax/optical-toslink, how - only buy to cable`s and all, or something else...! It would seem you just need to cables mate.

I prefer optical but as you will be continually removing / plugging the cable i would say go with coax.
