Yeti: The Beast From The East

Got a major update to the YETI!!!!!! went to Microcenter earlier and bought some more stuff for the project! All that is left is to find a solution for the PSU and the a little secret I will keep until I have something concrete. Let me know what you think!

This is some cool stuff, the case is pretty nice looking and I personally very much like the YETI symbol in front of the case, its a nice final touch. Did you paint the tubing on the H100? I've never seen white tubing on a Corsair cooler before, looks awesome :)

Hey Redemption77 ,
Your build looks great , I really like the white touches you added.
Correct me if I'm wrong , but is that white cable wrap you have on your cables and tubing?
Good job though , I really like the looks of it.

I had to do ALOT of improvising on this case. lol the white tubing on the H100 and PCIE cables are actually 1/2 inch cable management tubing. You know the stuff you would put behind your entertainment center to tighty up your cables? That is what I used. lol

Got a YETI update!!! Turns out that I was able to solve my PSU problem. Funny enough, My brother had a Corsair GS800. Even funnier, his system is all Black and red....wait for it...accept his PSU. lol So we just traded and called it a day. Yeti is almost finnished. I have just one more thing left to do and it will be complete. As you can see also, the blue matches the thumb screws perfectly. Couldn't be more happy!

Hehe, that's what I call mutual benefit :)
I really like how this has turned out.

Take the tubing off the PCI-E cables and it would look much better IMO.

EDIT: Replace with white extensions.

I was trying to do something a little different, but it seems maybe the extensions like I have for the 24 pin and 4 pin will look better.

I think they'd just look a lot neater mate, plus I'm interested to see the contrast with the H100 hose.

I took another trip to MC and couldn't gins any 8 pin adapters but I did get the 6 pin extensions and will have to look elsewhere for the others. image.jpg

I was not as unsympathetic towards the large white tubes as others, but I have to admit, that is indeed quite an improvement. Looking forward to the 8 pin extensions :)

Yet another update. hehe. I am sure everyone is sick of this build by now, but, I did yet-i (see how I did that)another small thing to give this build more style. What do you think?

If we start thinking like that this whole forum becomes kind of pointless
I mean, in the end all we're showing each other is little-ish boxes with plastic, silicon and some metal inside.

Like that little accent, how did you do it? Hand-painting?
