It's an amazing connector thou right ? I wouldn't go near it idk what possessed them to ever switch from 8pins or if adamant to use such a connector not push it to 600 watts and yet so many praise there design the whole situation around that connector is a mess i do not care what anyone says there are plenty of cases now that support the fact it's not good design it's junk and been pushed to the limits which is why it melts and the temperature goes through the roof very clearly nvidia arent so good at design are they, like they say if it's not broken dont fix it so nvidia in there wisdom broke it.
