xspc xinruilian fans?

Hi guys,

Just wondering what peoples experiences are with the xspc fans for their rads? As I have actually heard many praise them on some other forums.

They move some air,but noisy.Not my favorite.

Well I was considering some nocutas, however they are just way too overpriced at my local shops.
