Xigmatek Elysium vs Enermax Fulmo GT

hey everyone

I have the chance to upgrade from my arc midi and I stumbled upon the enermax fulmo gt on pccasegear. But I just wonder how it compares to the elysium?

I havent been to find any vids of the fulmo gt anywhere on youtube, however there is one review on hardware secrets. The first thing I would do to the gt is get rid of that ridiculous side panel fan thing and easily replace it with a acryllic window since there is already the cut out for it and also the honey come grill that surrounds the case.

so what do you guys think about it? should I go for the elysium or the GT?

I like the look of the Enermax Fulmo but if it was me i'd probably go with the Elysium.

Xigmatek took all the advice on board and now have fixed several issues

• new cases come with a large gromet to cover the extra 'heatsink access hole'
  
• the windowed version has been tweaked

NB: if anyone has an old 'original' version of the elysium, xigmatek now sell the gromets and windowed panel seperately - just contact them for details

thanks dugdiamond I didnt realise that they sold the window panel seperatly do you have to specifically order one or do they sell the windows on their site?

it is not, or has it ever been, a full window..... the windowed is L-shaped and goes around the side panel fan.

contact them (email), and they will tell you their closest reseller

Sin that is a nice case but if I was to spend 499 on a case i would buy the mighty tj 11

its funny you say that it came packed in a TJ11 case box lol I bought it barely used for 200$ shipped

Hell it cost the guy I got it from 65$ to ship it parcel post and were in the same state

its light as a feather but huge. so it went by dimensional weight versus actual weight. He also has a RX480 for sale gonna try and get it from him when I have the $$$ and maybe spot him a lil extra.

Sin I wish I could it for that price here pccasegear are selling both versions of the h2 for 499

the tj 11 is around the same price too. prices in australia are shit

kinda wishing I had stuck with my origional plan lol I like the case but finding a good spot for it is tuff originally I was going to get the Haf 932 Advanced. But I'll see how this goes for now.

elysium, there the same inside but the elysium is cheaper and imo looks better
