The funny thing is, EVGA also apparently wanted to go red but AMD/ATI told them to swivel.

(cant remember where I saw this though, so could just be rumours)

I seriously doubt ATI told EVGA to swivel. EVGA and XFX are perhaps the biggest Nvidia re-sellers going.

Certainly an interesting move from XFX.

Think this is related to the hoo-har about nVidia and it`s 6?? unique players. Story being nVidia were upset with them, when it was more likely they were seeking to source both camps.

ATi make the better cards usually, so XFX quality, with ATi power will be good
