X58 with 3TB

Hey guys,
in my pc i have 1 120gb ssd (for win) and a 500 GB 7200rpm drive. now I wanna add a 3tb western digital green for massive storage. now my question is will my mb support it?

My mb is Asus P6TSE and i cant find anything related to the size of the hard drives on their website and in the manual.

Also i am running win7 x64 ultimate

One of the BIOS updates for your board fixes a bug in which drives larger than 2.2TB were being mislabelled. I'm extrapolating here, but I think you'll be just fine.
