I've got 2x1gb of the Crucial Ballistix Tracer PC4000 and it REFUSES to run nice with my DFI NF4 SLI-DR. It can't even overclock near as well as my 2x512mb of Geil Golden Dragon PC3500. I can't figure it out.
weird, i just left my settings to auto ramped the vcore to 2.9 and was able to hit 300 straightaway with mine, it is the ultra d but should be the same no?
Sweet, you have a similar setup to mine. What dual channel slots did you use for your memory? if it's not too much trouble, what are all the settings that you're using? ie: memory settings, fsb, cpu multi/voltage....etc.

The orange slots, everything was set to optimised defaults, then upped the vram to 2.9v, htt 3x, htt 300 multi 10x, vcore is 1.55v, chipset and ht vcore 1.7v & 1.3v think they are the wrongway round, but apart from that i didnt touch any memory timings, ill grab some pics and post them tomorrow if you like

Please god tell me you ment DRAM Voltage not VCORE there!?! The only chip I've ever run at over 2v was my 2500+ Barton but they can take it, don't think 64's can take higher than 1.9-2v without LN2 or some cascade action.
