would a 560ti bottleneck me

Hi, I am thinking of upgrading my 9800gt to a 560ti but a mate said i would be bottlenecked by my pc.

My system specs at the moment are:

RIG:

AMD Athlon II X4 630 2.8GHZ O.C 3.1GHZ

Corsair H50 Water cooler

ASUS M4N68T-M LE

XFX 9800 GT

Asus Xonar DG 5.1 Soundcard

4gig DD3 1333mhz

1TB HDD

550w

NZXT Lexa S Case

I wont be buying it till the summer when prices drop a bit, but just want to know if i would run into any problems with that card

You won't run into any issues and will notice a huge difference from your current card. I'd much rather be CPU bottlenecked for gaming than GPU bottlenecked. GPU makes a much bigger difference in most games.
