Worth it replacing Swiftech Helix on H220 with NF-P12 (not NF-F12) ?

So our local e-tailer has just got some Noctua stuff, like the D14 and other coolers, and some nice fans, but not the NF-F12 :( So I was wondering if I should just grab the D14 and save some money on the cabby too, but then I remembered I got the Corsair Vengeance DIMMs which won't allow that. So I'm still content with the H220 as soon as it is back in stock (soon) and the CM 690III. The question is, is the NF-P12 good-enough (cooler and quieter) to warrant replacing the Swiftech "Helix" fans on the H220 (or, any other fan on any other AIO for that matter)? It's not cheap, but I wouldn't mind getting a pair of these if they are worth it. I'm not sure if these are the PWM versions, but would that make a difference? The H220 comes with a PWM fan hub - would that accept 3-pin fans? I'm not even sure if these are 3-pin or 4-pin. Please have a look at the product on the e-store.

Thanks.

Helix fans are quiet good. Why not try them out first before buying any additional fans?
Well, reviews, actually. Specifically the one Linus did. The Noctuas really did kick some a$$ :) Besides, over here things get "out of stock" in no time, and Noctua products haven't been coming here for some "legal" stuff for about a year or so.

Pretty sure he said something about the helix fans not spinning at full 12 or something like that and he intended to do a redo of it all but never did.

Honestly not worth the expense unless you want to OC very high.

He did. Two more. The last one was called "Swiftech H220 Video Review Redux". He did a lot of mistakes in the first one, and the sample too wasn't good. Sorry, can't post links because that's not allowed. Go watch it and tell me what you think.

Okay watched it, I still wouldn't get the NF-P12s because 4C isn't worth almost $50 worth and the fact they look ugly puts me off further.
