Now b4 yall go jumping the gun and thinking this is just software for nothing - remember - nothing in life is free, there is a price to pay for everything.
Of course, I`m not nasil (close to the term I wanted to type) enough to have read the entire site, but what I can assure u is that u will need to fill in numerous feedback thingies, allow ur feedback to be broadcast back to the m$ home, and I`ve no doubt there will not be a sugar cube at the end of the trial.

From what I gather, skimming over the top of everything, is that they`ll allow u to trial their stuff on the understanding u`ll give them feedback on the experience.
Now, many paranoid or not so paranoid people will put a few things together : m$ + free + feedback = them taking my informations. Even tho I`m pretty anti m$ myself, I wouldn`t think it that sinister.
Afaic it would be just as it says on the tin, use their stuff, report back. Probably thru web based answer pages.
Recording ur habits ? Doubt it highly.
But I`m not an authority on this. I just figured, if ur in the US, can`t afford $100s on software, this could be a handy program.
