Windows 8 keeps messing up?

Hi,

I have Windows 8 pro which was fine until a few months ago. Where this started happening:

The color theme should be pink and white. (My colors ofc ) how ever there has been black added into the equation. Even after re installing last week to try and get rid of the problem, it has reappeared again today. The text is also out of focus and is blurry.

If any one has any ideas it would be appreciated if you shared them with me to help me fix this very annoying problem.

no idea, i don't like win8. best idea would be to uninstall and reinstall win7, but i doubt that's an option for you?

Check the hard-drive for any errors using HD Tune or HD Sentinel. Run Memtest on the RAM as well.

The reason for the color theme being there even after you format is Windows now stores the theme online so you just have to re change it all in the settings and I think that will work as why it did it in the first place that I can't answer, but when I formatted from preview to full Windows my desktop stayed the same and when I put 8 on my laptop cause I used the same Live account my laptop is the same as my P.C hope this helps.
