ok i was happily watching a movie till this annoying blue screen came up and iam running windows 7 64-bit and this isnt the first time i have this :S and iam wondering whats the problem maybe you guys could help me out

Cheers

usually caused by a hardware error. If you have more than 1 stick of ram in, remove all but 1 and see how it goes.

overclocking?

Yeah see if it stops at stock levels.

Other than that I hear cries of ADI or Soundmax drivers around the net, if this is ur extreme gamer carded rig, ignore that obviously.

Had the exact same problem, it was my overclock, I removed it and there was no crashing for 4 days, put it on and within 2 minutes of boot up crash :(. Installed Winxp 32 again, and it's not crashed since.

ive think i have fixed it now i reinstalled windows 7 64-bit again and i dnt seem to have any bsod anymore with with overclocked CPU but now iam having some lag spike every 60 secs and it runs back to 60 fps again happens on UT99
