You can get drop-in TPMs.
But never mind does Micro$oft trust me; do I trust Micro$oft? Hell no! I wasn't interested in 8; 11? Probably only sandboxed in a VM and not connected to the 'net... and even then unlikely I'll let it anywhere near.
