Your compliant works against every Windows OS. You do realize earlier OSs come with games to right? You're just being overly picky because it's common thing to dis W10. Yes the Xbox app counts to this as well.
If you keep updating your store apps, then obviously you didn't uninstall it now did you? Otherwise it wouldn't work. I know. I've done it successfully.
I don't understand why people hate it so much. It's not difficult to optimize it to how you want it. I've never had issue's nor anyone else I know. All that extra software you get is the exact same as bloatware you get when you buy a laptop from an OEM.
Wonder if Win 10 will lose even more share now that there are some reviews and facts claiming Ryzen is not optimised in win10 and performs over 10fps more in win7.

Pfftt, I wouldn't believe that crap anyway. I noticed quite a leap in performance from W7 > W10, and that was an over-the-top upgrade, not even a fresh install. I sure as hell don't want to go backwards, MS Spyware be damned. Those "forced install" things haven't affected me so far (knock on wooden head!).
Do you have a source for this, haven't even seen proof of it running on Windows 7, nevermind it running better than W10.
I did some 3D testing and eventhou there is not nearly enough data to confirm it, I'd say the SMT regression is infact a Windows 10 related issue.
In 3D testing I did recently on Windows 10, the title which illustrated the biggest SMT regression was Total War: Warhammer.
All of these were recorded at 3.5GHz, 2133MHz MEMCLK with R9 Nano:
Windows 10 - 1080 Ultra DX11:
8C/16T - 49.39fps (Min), 72.36fps (Avg)
8C/8T - 57.16fps (Min), 72.46fps (Avg)
Windows 7 - 1080 Ultra DX11:
8C/16T - 62.33fps (Min), 78.18fps (Avg)
8C/8T - 62.00fps (Min), 73.22fps (Avg)
Warchild: any idea if they were comparing fresh installs or not? I've heard people say "I went back to W7 and it's faster", but I'm betting that's more due to a fresh install of Windows, which is always snappy.
Talking of Windows 10, my SSD died so have had to do a clean install and then unistall all the crap including candy crush, I'll see if it tries to reinstall it
I guess it wasn't total BS at all.
Seems Microsoft have somewhat admitted there is an issue with their OS but not outright said "yes" theres a fault. Instead they rather made a diplomatic tweet to state they are looking into new issues that come with new CPU. In this case, there does seem to be something wrong with the SMT
