I love the 760t, to me it's the only mainstream case worthy of replacing my current case but money is tight right now and I need another 2TB HDD and 250GB SSD before a case upgrade, I work in automotive body shop so I might just have my 2.5 year old CM Stormtrooper refreshed. Thinking about keeping all the mesh and interior black and having the exterior sprayed metallic silver

I hope i win :33333 i'll donate my case if i do XD i really like the acrylic floor panel, Tom, where did you have it made? i've been trying to find a acrylic modder for a while now to create a floor panel for the 760T, but alot of them don't have templates or are too swamped with other work to create one.. i'll owe you my life if you can send me to the right place to get a 760T floor panel and mobo tray made
If I remember correctly, Parvum Systems made that acrylic floor panel.

They have probably been chosen but not announced yet as Tom said yesterday I think it, was that he is very busy at the moment.
I would suspect that the winners will be announced within the next 48 hours as long as Tom has the time to do it, but if not then they will be announced when he has the time.

Waiting for the "My rig is worse than yours" war to start up, then wonder why people want to win high end parts then cannot afford to build around them.
I'd have to sell my AMD rig if I were to fund a build for haswell. Personally i'd be satisfied with 1st or last as they will cost me nothing in the long run.

It is inevitable with these sort of comps that you get people posting the "supposed" specs of there pc's thinking, it will help them to win the competition.
Of course some people who do post that do actually only have those specs but others have better specs than they post, it's just the way things go these days.

no kidding.. Ive seen that many times. Or, you see someone with 780 sli saying, I could use that 120gb ssd upgrade for my rig since its so slow....
People like to cheat. One FB page i follow has been shaming cheaters with multiple pages and banning them. Another contest has so many people cheating (you have to submit a pic with one of that companies products) and people have taken pictures from google, or they have every person they know holding that same product and submitting... pretty sad. Sure its fun to win (ive won a few things!) but dont be a greedy pig about it.
I would love one of the MBs for a new build - theres NO upgrade for my current pc lol... its a start over (6 years old)

The only reason I have entered this comp is for the case, to give my dad a reason to finally let me upgrade his pc for him and get the colour scheme right.
Although his pc is no slouch I think he could benefit from a upgrade to a better case than he currently has.
If I was to win a motherboard then I would do a cpu upgrade for him and upgrade my grandads pc with the parts from my dads pc, and the bits from my grandads pc would be used to build a pc for my brother, so nothing gets wasted with me.
For me the only upgrade I really need for my pc, is a better sound card and possibly a side grade to a 4930k and a higher resolution monitor, other than that my pc is no slouch.
Hell my media server is a decent spec'd pc.

I would hope the winners would be randomly drawn as opposed to chosen by posts or begging. I would think anyone would want to win because they are enthusiasts and love the shiny new gear. Hoping to win because you need an upgrade is like buying lottery tickets hoping to get a new house, the odds are not good. These contests are fun to enter and even better if you win but don't hold your breath just be happy if you win and happy for others if they win. It's all good fun.
