Will this PSU work in Z87 set up

Antec TP-750

Need a bit of advice on this psu that I have if it will run my new build. It's 750w

I'm planning a new build with the Asus sabatooth or the msi Z87 GD65, i5 4670K with 8gb ram and a GTX 760 or GTX 770 with 1tb had and a 240gb SSD, cooler will be the dark rock 2 and 3 AF fans.

Currently I have this psu in my 775 setup which I brought new in 2010 and I'm trying to keep cost down on a new build

you should be fine with a 750w power supply

however i would check if that psu is compatible with haswell cpus

750 watts would be plenty of power for it.
