Will this GFX card fit?

Hi peeps, i'm quite the noobie when it comes to hardware and i want to upgrade my 8500gt to a 8800gt; this one in particular :

My Motherboard is an ASUS P5N32-SLI premium.

If i buy this GFX card will it fit and is it difficult to change them around?

It'll fit and changing them is eaaasssy.

Un-plug old, plug in new, attach PCI-E power and your done. Then just install the drivers.
