I'm planing on running on integrated graphics until we can afford a nice graphics card. How is this build? It's exactly our budget we're looking at. Anything more expensive we couldn't really do (taking a new monitor into account). Since I'm still newbie, I'm wondering if I click "Check Out" that everything that gets shipped to me will be compatible and what I need (am I missing anything major?) You guys are all so crazy tech savy! I don't know as much as you lol.

Yeah but you have to remember - ocz psu's get pretty good reviews to but we all know there is a chance that after a month or so it will blow up :L

Just looked at some reviews of this pus and they all say that the problem is that Rosewill psu's have a tendency of being DOA, Just stick to corsair mate

Rosewill, like any company at the beginning, will have a learning curve, they will make a good few average units, look back at what broke and slowly start to right the wrongs, they have been getting better and the unit that KanthonyJR has chosen looks to be one of the better ones

It is totally depending on what you are supposed to do with your pc, just using it on internet or ordinary programs sure you can but it wont play the new games if it's what you are looking for

You got a 3570K but a G43, which doesn't allow a lot of overclocking. Get atleast a G45. Also, I have that case... Not worth it. 0 cable management options, cheap build quality, and there's no room behind the motherboard for cables. I'd think about getting a more expensive case, you won't regret it. (After buying that same case for my first build I looked at it, realized you need a good case for a good build, then bought a 650D.)

Ok, So I went ahead and got everything, assembled it for a test boot, put it all in the case, turned it on and!...no image:(

I've got a Zotac gtx560 ti AMP!

I got some text during the test, but nothing now! What happened between then and now?

Did you put the side panel on before you booted it for the first time? Because then it won't work.

Try using just the iGPU and see if it works, and if so you can narrow it down to a motherboard or graphics card problem.

I have a way newbie question...

how do i do that? Should I just plug the hdmi into the motherboard? Do I need to take out the gpu?

Wait! YAY!
So I justreplugged in all of the cable and it totally worked

(If I could little girl scream right now i would....)

Hazaaa!

I bought this case knowing full well that many of the complaints in the reviews involved space for cables. I did the best I could (zip tied and hid most of the front panel cables. I spent a little time layering the cables so they would look decent and this is the best I could come up with.

Wish I could do something about that supplemental supply, but that's the only route it'll take on with it's length. Next build I'll go modular and get a larger case.
But the fact that it turns on makes me happy no matter what it looks like!

Thanks for everyone's help! I'm sure I'll be in the software forums starting tomorrow!
