Why is this not illegal?

I have seen many phishing attempts before (all of which makes me sick) but the latest msn "craze" is this. DO NOT INPUT DETAILS

http://imageloco.info/

Obviously DO NOT put your details in

but have a look at their terms and conditions. I mean...

We may temporarily access your MSN account to do a combination

of the following:

1. Send Instant Messages to your friends promoting this site.

2. Introduce new entertaining sites to your friends via Instant Messages.

that kinda stuff that targets those more succeptible of the internet makes me rather sick - surely its illegal?

All phishing really gets at me as the most likely victims are elderly or those not educated to use it safely

Weird aint it, and their blatently open about what ur giving them.

There`s also a malware thing attached to the site, I can`t see what it is from here.

haha, what can the user gain by using the site when there are loads of decent sites doing the same thing in a more legit reason. but technically they aren't doing anything wrong. if someone signs into it then its their fault for not reading the terms and conditions. but the owners of the site must make a fair amount of money for the advertisement capabilities lol :p

Lol id never input any of my details in something like that anyways. And its not exactly phishing is you give them your credentials.
