There's a couple of pieces I could do pretty soon after a review or so on some industry stuff.

Some will be general commentary, some more technical like the AMD/ATI CPU on GPU.

Who would want to see these and/or read them?

I'm just asking as not many people seemed too fussed about the AMD thing (it was pretty technical) and I didn't know if I'd overshot with too much technical info (though I fail to see how I could make it easier), or whether people weren't interested or mebbe just didn't say anything?

Example here if you haven't read it

id have to read more examples to make a full judgement, but the ATI thing mostly went over my head. obviously through no fault of your own, its just too advanced for me

I like it, though some of the finer points in the article were lost on me. The majority was easily understood with some basic economics & an understanding of the technology market :)

I love that sorta thing to be honest. If I were given a handful of links to the amd site and etc, there would be pages and pages of waffle to read through before u get the real picture. (if u then understand it)

With the example u`ve linked, for me it cuts alot of waffle out - some1 else has read it, digested it, hopefully not added too much bias of opinion, and spat out the juicey stuff - which as some1 with a short attention span, is ideal.

(U`r conclusion, btw, is almost precisely why I advise people not to buy the likes of the new nVidia 8xxxx for 100s of pounds as soon as they come out. By the time they`re anything like appreciated by the games industry and their own drivers, the price can half.)

I like this kinda stuff too.

Really intresting! Nice to see how the world is doing... in terms of money... :D

Oh and new tech! WoOt love it!

It would also be useful if those who are more informed could interperate some of the more indepth stuff for us lesser geeks

I write it as simple as I can but you just can't simplify some stuff right down that much I'm afraid - when it's very complicated stuff it's practically impossible.

I'll try tho

excellent thanks

OK cool guys - there's a nice white paper I was reading on the way Vista handles graphics and graphics memory sop I'll see if I can put that up

I'll agree with Rastalovich...

and since 'The Man Show' is no longer on the air, try posting Juggies on trampolines alongside the industry commentary! Why let car modding mags have all the fun?

I like articles that are simpler and not so technical. I LOVE info, but for me (and I bet 95%) of the internet complexity turns us off.

I think its tough to walk the line of keeping the technicaly savy people informed and the rest of us entertained...
