which rad is better

what are you cooling?

a little more information is needed to get you the correct information.

CPU stock/overclock

Video card(s) and are they needing water cooling?

machine usage gaming? what games?

as to performance the 60mm is larger than the 35mm by 15% in volume (assuming they are equal widths)

and in surface area.

im cooling an i7 930. gonna over clock it.. but you dont need all that info.. all i want to know is whether or not a 60mm 240 rad has a higher cooling capacity than a 35mm 360 rad...

between those 2 you'll only a 1-2 degree difference in temps if that. both have roughly the same cooling capacity. I'd go with the one you can fit into your case easier.
