most of the guide is pretty much foolproof

all you are doing is adding in the ability to run the DWM and aero and disabling a few server features like the shutdown tracker

just leave the ones for patching the theme file and enabling the sidebar for now

just had a play and managed to get gadgets working here...

gimmie a few mins and i'll have the files uploaded for you to try

download, copy the sidebar folders over and then run the batch file and the reg file

the batch/reg files will only work if you have your OS on drive C: so edit as required

after running the reg file, you should have a 'Gadgets' option when you right click on the desktop

i have a trip boot xp pro, vista x64 and ubuntu 2.2 ulti. 64 love the Ubuntu Ultimate 2.2 all the eyecandy and utilities are pre installed, cuts down on sudo get and sudo make. found all my drivers and 12 gigs of ram. use a small amount of resorces. you can dl the iso burn it then run from disk to try it. i am sure once you see it you will install it. anyone using pc linux yet
