Abit confused when it comes to GFX cards,which would be better to use in a small rig. 8600,8500,7950 or 7900:wavey:

Id go for a 8600. I went for those on a midrange/budget pc for a customer.

Very good I must say for that type of PC, although it will fail @ hardcore gaming

I suppose the 8600 would be good at kidding people who think that the bigger the number the better the card. Although isn't an 8600 for HTPC's sorta?

The 8600GT is a good card and dosent require any extra power cables.

the 8800GS is not that much of a price above the 8600GT I think the 8800GS is by xfx too
