Which one should i get?

Which one would you get.

for a 3770k.

Dont plan on any major overclocking, maybe a 100-200 mhz boost at most, the cooler is mainly for 2 reasons, 1 - I'm a smoker (dust), 2 - intel stock heatsink is superbad.

Out of the two, the Antec. But, you're better off with an air cooler like the CM Hyper 212+. Or, if you could add $20 to your budget, something like the NH-D14 would be fantastic. You could also think about the NZXT Havik 140, which is around $65 on Newegg.

Those two coolers are the same!! The original Brand of those coolers is Asetek! the only thing that differentiates those coolers are the fans!
Antec,Thermaltek and others, are OEM customers from Asestek! Take a look at the site.

I'd also go with antec and you will still have to clean it even more so then a air heatsink since all of that crap will build up on the rad fins

I'm not too sure where the cleaning side changes based on air cooling or watercooling though? I'm still with Yassar in saying get a CM 212 - or maybe even a Corsair H50/55 if you really want to go down that route. With all of those, you should easily be able to overclock your 3770k to 4.5ghz anyway.

Best on the market would be your dream custom set up
As for closed loop - pretty sure the H100 seals the deal there. Not a fan myself of full water cleaning, too expensive and too much hassle.
