Which mouse would you guys recommend?...

Quite fond of Roccat myself. Been using my Kone [+] for well over 2 years now and I still don't see a reason the switch.

Personally, Razer tends to have a bad rep for breaking quickly among tech enthusiasts.

Out of those 2 I would def choose the Roccat. Personally I have a soft spot for Logitech Mice. Owned them since I built my first PC and they've never broken on me. My bro has inherited my MX518 and i'm currently using a G500

Do you have a budget?

About £100-150... both are under that £100 for me though so... just not sure on either of them.
As my current one, the mouse wheel rubber thingy on it is loose and it was a cheap £20 off Ebay about 2 years ago.

As Feronix says, I've always been a bit sceptical when it comes to Razer due to rumors about their early days with their software being sucky and all that.
But I believe on recent days that they probably have gained a bit and even that the DeathAdder is such a "popular" mice overall.

But I must admit that Roccat does make some very nice things as well, I did actually look that the Kone + as well... I even have a Roccat Isku and used to have the Roccat Kave 5.1 headset.

But I am very unsure about this one... mostly due to optical usually works better on cloth than laser, from what I've heard.

But as I said... I am very unsure about this one and I'm basically asking for a more "decide for me here advice" sort of :P

Thanks,
Chrazey

been a fan of Cyborg RAT since the beginning i owned one, dont want to get anything else than that. But its a matter of taste i suppose + what fits best in your hand and feels best ^^

Unfortunately I don't own either of them, but I have owned many Razer mice in the past and I must say that they break rather quickly. The DeathAdder 2013 is pretty good, I used it before I got my current one.

I'm currently using a Zowie FK1 and I can wholeheartedly recommend it. Damn good mouse and cheap too. (in comparison to razer and roccat at least)

I guess everyone has their complaints and quabbles towards a brand. Its not great but my razer has lasted me 5 years now and still going strong where as my roccat kove gave nothing but issues, as did the roccat Valo which has the worst firmware and driver support with windows 7 ever.

Needless to say, im tempted to try the Tyon from Roccat but I read that you only utilise half of the features if you do not have a Roccat keyboard.

Agree with the Logitech G502. I have a mouse fetish and own about 7 or 8 different gaming mice and change them out about every few weeks. I bought a G502 back in July and I have yet to change it out even just for a few days. It is by far and away the best mouse I've ever used. The DeathAdder has a little better shape but the G502 is good enough but the buttons are perfectly placed for my fingers, the software is superb and the sensor is the best on the planet. Cannot recommend this mouse enough.

Wobbly buttons? No. Mine is probably the best built mouse I've owned since my G9 at least in terms of how it feels.

Thanks for the reply!

So it doesn't?... as my friend pointed that out in this video, since the Logitech has the same style of buttons, hence the buttons isn't connected to the full body itself.

Anyone else that has this issue or are in the lines with MacLeod, ie doing all good with their mices?...

Thanks!

So I'm thinking of going with the Razer DeathAdder Chroma... as I've been between that one, the Logitech G502 Proteus Core and the Roccat Tyon.

What do you guys think of the DeathAdder Chroma?... I like it as you can customize the light of it (as I like blue light, goes well with my black and blue color scheme).
Although, all of these mices are in that color scheme.

Ew, Razer :p

Personally I like my Roccat Kone [+], but lately I feel their products have become a little more... tacky. Either way I'd personally not even consider the Razer (although their quality is said to be improved lately) and go with either the Roccat or Logitech.
