Which is the best RAM to buy?

Hi to all,

I have replaced my old PC with the new one. Now, my old PC had DDR - RAM of Dynate. Now, my new PC has DDR2 Slot. I have to buy a new DDR2 RAM.

Which one is good to buy? my some friends told me to buy a Kingston. Is this a good one? Should I buy this or another else ? Which one have you ?

400 mhz? 800mhz will probably be cheaper and easyer to find tbh kingston stuff and ocz gold & platinum are good for general stuff and not to expensive

some of the older xms2 will be fine,or like hunta said gold or platinum,but gold would be cheaper
