As in AMD Fusion? There aren't many about yet as far as I know. Same goes for the chips.

Think you might be a bit ahead of the market on this one!

the fusions are the ones that are mobo and cpu combined I just havent researched them to know which is best

here is a list of fusion (E-350) mobos:

ASRock E350M1 - mini ITX - AMD A50M

Sapphire PURE Fusion - mini ITX

Gigabyte E350N-USB3 AMD Dual Core Processor Hudson M1 (OC3D review)

ASUS E35M1-M - microATX (OC3D review)

ASUS E35M1-I DELUXE E-350

AsRock 90-MXGHU0-A0UAYZ

Gigabyte GA-E350N-USB3 (rev. 1.0)

Sapphire PURE White Fusion

Aah, i thought we were talking about the Llano chips/boards that are due soon.

Worth checking they're powerful enough to handle 1080p video before buying, as I know some of the Intel Atom chips aren't so good at it. From what little I've heard these AMD equivalents are better than them though.

ASUS E35M1-I Deluxe Mini ITX Motherboard is really good since it's passive cooled so really quiet and has built in wireless, that's assuming you want/need wireless for your HTPC.

If you don't need wireless I would just get the cheapest option available for you tbh, since it is the same APU so the only difference are the features which are pretty much the same except for the ASUS one that I mentioned since it has wireless built in. Although having said that I would get the MSI E350IA-E45 since it's the second cheapest option available in Australia and that I don't trust ASRock and that I'm a bit of an MSI fanboy.
