Look harder for a DFI:P

If you've exausted every, EVERY option. The Asus A8N32-SLi Deluxe.

cant get one anywhere well sli anyway i have been looking for the last three weeks every one is trying to get rid of 939 boards and not buying any more in

so you think the Asus A8N32-SLi Deluxe

any pros and cons on that board

The Abit AN8 is a very solid contender, I'd take it over the Asus.

As others have stated, DFI is the way to go unquestionably if you can find one somewhere.

i have found a dfi crossfire board should i go for that. can i go for that with a nvidia card

will this board work ok with my 7900gs

DFI LanParty UT RDX200CF-DR Crossfire (Socket 939) Motherboard

Great CF board and will work flawlessly with your nV card. You just won't "officially" be able to run SLI if you decided to get another 7900GS.

i didnt think you could do that with crossfire

IIRC you can use hacked forceware drivers that will allow you to run SLI on non nVidia chipsets including the ATI chipset.

would that be a better board than the nvida chipset on the asus board by the way thanks for your help fellas

and would my opteron drop in to it without the bios flash

All of those boards will be fine right out of the box.

If you want to go with an nV chipset I'm going to stick behind my recommendation of the Abit AN8.

why dont you look on ebay, most sellers if you email them will ship to the UK for some extra $$ and a paypal verified address
