I think there shouldn't be a huge difference, if there aren't huge differences between the clockspeeds. the one with the higher clockspeed should be the quicker one, except one of them is a ti.

another aspect you should look at is the warranty and the support of the two companies( i don't know which is better in that fact)
 
They are the same unless you are comparing the AMP edition from Zotac and the DCUII from ASUS. In which case I would choose the DCUII for it's cooler.

i have looked at the cards and have chosen to go with the zotac geforce gtx 560 AMP edition.
 
probably a good choice,

alot of people, including myself, have found that the design of the direct CUII's mean that they hang at funny angles, putting lots of strain on the PCI-E connection. not heard of one snapping yet though....
