I think there shouldn't be a huge difference, if there aren't huge differences between the clockspeeds. the one with the higher clockspeed should be the quicker one, except one of them is a ti.
another aspect you should look at is the warranty and the support of the two companies( i don't know which is better in that fact)

alot of people, including myself, have found that the design of the direct CUII's mean that they hang at funny angles, putting lots of strain on the PCI-E connection. not heard of one snapping yet though....
