Which 7950 manufacturer?

I am interested in getting the new 7950 but don't know if there is a difference between let's say the vtx3d or the xfx card? I am also intersected in watercooling it in the future. Could someone please advise me? Thanks in advance.

If it's for watercooling you will need a reference card so it doesn't really matter which manufacturer you go with to be honest, all reference cards are the same

Just don't buy the Powercolor LCS, they are a rip off and it will cost you £100 less to buy the card and waterblock separate and to fit it yourself.

I don't see it as Nvidia vs AMD I just buy whichever card is the best for the money I can afford no matter what name is on the box, I hate fanboyism

I have a 6850 at the moment but when Nvidia and AMD have all their new cards out and prices settle I will be upgrading.

Can help you make sure that you are actually getting the reference version (waterblocks won't fit on a non-reference design).
