I normally get stuff from scan, aria or ebuyer

Wherever is cheapest is normally how I decide.

I get free next day delivery from scan so have used them a lot.

I'm just looking at getting some components over next few days and am thinking of getting from aria as I think forum members get free postage

Usually Ebuyer, but the last two or three things I've got have been from Aria. Only used Scan once, but had no problems.

Scan were best for communicating (even sent an email when the van had left the depot), Ebuyer best for customer services (especially cancelling orders before they've dispatched and putting the money back - I had problems with Aria doing this), and Aria best for prices.

So my advice is Ebuyer for impulse purchases, Aria for things you're certain you want, and Scan for anything the first two don't have.

Yeah Aria's returns policy isn't very clear.

I almost exclusively buy from NCIX now. I used newegg.ca to buy most of my rig. I did buy a replacement PSU (Corsair TX650) for newegg recently tho. If you Canadian, buy from NCIX. They usually have the best prices. If you see a good sale at newegg, go ahead and jump on it, but expect to wait 7-10 days to receive it. NCIX, on the other hand, charged $8 for shipping, and got me my order (5 CM SickleFlows, 4 TX3 y-splitters, and a Seagate Barracuda 1TB ) in 18 hours.

Yeah having a good courier to back these sites up is priceless. It makes a huge difference if you know when and even to the hour when its coming.

I always like it when this UPS Girl delivers my stuff.

DirectCanada.com is usually cheaper than NCIX by $10-$50 on most items. Should check them out.

Good to know. NCIX will attempt to price match down to the competitors price. If they can't, they give you the lowest possible price that they can afford to offer. All you need is the item's url and price. It does need to be regular price and in Canadian dollars.

Edit: +1 for you sir

Thanks... but I forgot to mention that DirectCanada offers free shipping on orders over $50!

And I price matched my GTX 590 at NCIX using NewEggs OLD price... and they did it!

Frys Electronics all the way!! I can order all the parts Newegg, Amazon and ANY online distributor for either the same price or cheaper. And the added benefit is I can walk into the store

Usually Scan or Ebuyer. I've been tempted to use Aria or OCUK several times but the delivery on top always meant it wasn't worthwhile

Aria, Scan, Ebuyer, SpecialTech, WatercoolingUK, Quietpc and Novatech (mainly because they're local).

I get free shipping with Aria (forum member), Ebuyer (orders over £49) and Novatech (when I pick it up).
