As the title asks, what's the best thermal compound to use with a sub-zero cooling setup? I've heard that AS5 just doesn't work at freezing temps. How bout ceramique?
I'll have to pick me up a tube and give it a shot I suppose no silver based compound would be good below freezing? Trying to think if giving that stuff we found on ebay a try is worth it.
Yep got to be Ceramique, it goes down to about -150c, wheras AS5 doesn't go anyware as near and creeps too. The really mad ones cold forge their chips onto the blocks, but thats a little ott tbh.
