What's the best thermal compound for use with sub-zero cooling?

As the title asks, what's the best thermal compound to use with a sub-zero cooling setup? I've heard that AS5 just doesn't work at freezing temps. How bout ceramique?

Any phase changers care to enlighten me?

dont use as5....ceramique is indeed one of the best

I'll have to pick me up a tube and give it a shot I suppose no silver based compound would be good below freezing? Trying to think if giving that stuff we found on ebay a try is worth it.

As dave said mate, ceramique - its what all the phase nutters use.

Yep got to be Ceramique, it goes down to about -150c, wheras AS5 doesn't go anyware as near and creeps too. The really mad ones cold forge their chips onto the blocks, but thats a little ott tbh.
