whats the best $300 build?

ive seen things that play most new games on low settings at 30 fps so gaming ill go a little higher if u think i should. this is to last me untill i save up for somthing better i was thinking of somthing that runs off the cpu ram and the apu? im not sure if its the apu and im not sure if its on the cpu or mother board.

What is it you require exactly? I know you said you have the case. and want to get around 30fps while gaming. I just need to be clear which parts you'll be needing. We can then look at helping, picking parts for your budget.

do u thing it would be to much money to get ram and mobo to support ram oc at 2800mhz? for the parts cpu ram mobo psu some fans. would stock heat sink be good enoff?

thanks. so this build dosnt relie on the ram right? any predictions on how it well preform? i would be willing to spend more on the card $350 would be the max on total
