What would it take to cool 2 580s

So i have decided to WC my GPU(s) when the next gen arrives (will either get 2 680's or 2 7970's)

Just to get an idea of what is required to cool my future GPUs i wanted to ask you guys what it would take to cool two 580s

A small GPU only loop? Or radiator capacity? For capacity you can generally get by on a 120.3 for two 580s. Quad is better of course if you're going for silence, but a triple is sufficient otherwise. Talking normal rads here though, not stealths. Pretty much any pump can deal with a loop that small.

I'm talking about rads

would a 6cm thick 240 rad be enough, or would it have to be a 360? And yes it is only the GPU's, as i see no reason for my 2500k to be WC'd with a NH-D14

For two 580s, I'm inclined to advise against a 240. Unless it really is 60cm thick. lol

Or you have some 4600rpm Deltas laying around.

For 680s, I can't say though. They may have even better power efficiency.

Lolli you should be fine with a 240 rad with good fans nad pump if a 360 thinner rad can cool dual AMD cards and a processor you should be fine with a thick 240

A Phobya 200mm will do the job just fine.

This is possible. The surface is just short of a 120.3. But there are two issues: It's a fairly thin rad, and finding a good 200mm fan is hard. A 180mm Silverstone AP is "okay", but it must be run at a full 12v, preferably with a shroud. Got some other fan in mind?
