What's a good water pump to use i've got an einhem at the moment doesnt seem that great.

The best pumps by far are the C-Systems pumps I've tried most of the others and these are great. They're silent and you can use more than one of them to isolate the cpu from the other chips which improves performance. You can also plug them using a regular molex plug.

Go to http://www.c-systems.ca/ for examples of what you can do using these pumps.

Probably the most amazing thing is they're only two inches sqaure.

I've had my eye on the C-Systems pump for while now but what size barbs would I need to be able to use it with half inch tubing?

avoid csystems for now, they have a rediculously bad failure rate, the seal breaks away and water leaks into the pump housing and corrodes everything and ends in failure, even the rev 2 versions have the same problem, just go read procooling for proof

their new mag driven ones will be here soon enough and may have the problems i describe sorted, which will make them much better

i suggest getting the AQX 50z when phil gets his order in from Bruce of cooltechnica, more powerful and quiet too

The pump comes with 1/2inch they use a plastic barbs.Do not use metal barbs. The pumps have sharp threads to create a better seal which cuts into the plastic.
