What Water Cooling to get

k4p84,

I'm not worried about putting together a kit, it's just what parts to get for the right price.

Regards,

Hmm, avoid the thermaltake stuff, I think I got the Bigwater 745 (the non drive bay one? with a 120mm and a 240mm rad?). The rads are guff, the waterblock cracked and the pump was noisy and weedy. You can get a simple watercooling for about £100.

CPU block - http://www.watercoolinguk.co.uk/catalog/product_info.php?cPath=27_28&products_id=617

Radiator - http://www.watercoolinguk.co.uk/catalog/product_info.php?cPath=37_72&products_id=464

Ok, add into ths tubing and liquid, comes a little over £120 I guess, but there is some decent kit in there, the Laing DDC pump should be able to handle anything you throw at it, res on top, a nice 240mm radiator and a fairly decent CPU cooler, better than any prebuild malarky! :D more fun too

GavX,

Wow thanks,

This seems ideal.

Your right about it being more fun, first rule of being a man, the more options and the more meddeling and tinkering required the better.

Example, which one of these would you have;

Pre built pc overclocked to something amazing, a true gaming pc fine tuned to the highest spec.

or

All the same parts but it would you would have to build it and tune it yourself for 3 months before getting the same quality.

I might not have got my point across to well but you get the idea.

Thanks again,

Pompalop

Well with the above kit, you are sorted for a while, and can easily add a GPU block, nothbridge etc. The pump is a good one, great quality and queit, everything in it is good quality, but if you really need to dip below theh ton mark shave some money off the radiator (you can get them real cheap at some shops, naff but cheap) but I wouldn't get cheap pumps or CPU blocks, then when you get the case upgrade the radiators. I have a cheap naff thermaltake 240mm rad I am replacing if you are needing a temp one, £5 and P&P :D

Give Aqua PC a call mate.

They are very helpful in advising you with what kit to get. Give them a brief of what you are after and in a few days you will have some toys come through the post.
