What Should I Use This Pc For?

So a mate of mine has a spare 1155 board that He is giving me and I have a spare hdd, case and psu so what I was thinking is that I could buy Celeron G540 from Novatech for £30 (Bargain) and then get some 1333mhz 4gb ram for £20 and then have a fully working computer for £50, but Im not sure what to use it for, should I buy a smaller case and make a htpc? I dont really need one but it would be cool I guess, I could just have it as a secondary pc I could go on
if I was installing a game or something on my main pc

What do you guys think?

What processor do you have in your current rig?

Could always resist buying things now and go for a few transplants in order to upgrade your main rig

Well its my birthday in a few months so I should be getting enough money around that time to be able to sell my G840 and H61 mobo and be able to buy an MSI Z77A-G43/45 and a 3570k, Im pretty happy with the performance of my rig atm though and don't really feel I need to throw more cash at it until then tbh, and with the £50 even after selling my cpu the best I could get would be an i3 2120

Fair enough, probably best off waiting then.

Could always build it to sell? If iot's only gunna cost you £50 to build, could probably get over £100 for it on ebay or something, which you could then put towards the upgrades in the future.
I dont see the point of having 2 rigs unless they're dedicated for specific purposes like Tom's.

Thats a pretty good idea :) I would probly have to buy a new case if i was doing that though as the case i have is half broken and from 2004 and it was a cheap one back there if i recall :L I could just get one of those £20 ones off of aria though :)
