What pump?

I have just looked into my bank account to see a nice surprise i have been paid today woop

Now its my first wc rig and im looking for a pump/top for it. I'm also looking for something to mount it with.

So far I have bought a ThermoChill PA120.3 Triple with 1/2 barbs. I want a powerful pump as i am going to mount my rad on top of the case.

What would you guys and gals recommend for me?

Laing DDC+ Ultra 18W jobby, one with a blue impeller. Then probably the OC Labs top

I dunno what you mean? mount the pump or the top? DDC pumps can be mounted in any position with two bolts EXCEPT upside down. So upright, on its side or whatever suits.

Some tops are supplied with a mounting kit to fit them into 3" bays. You can get 90* mounting brackets too

OCLabs DDC tops have been recalled for the second batch (Don't worry we have only sold 2 from this batch and they have been replaced, so no need to panic!) There was an issue with the chemicals used to make the plastic when vacum formed making them very week..

At the moment we really do have no ETA on the replacements

As i said in my PM reply to you, the XSPC DDC Top is a great substitute as a clear Acrylic top or if you want a Delrin one go for the EK X-Top which compare very well to the performance of the OCLabs DDC tops.

PV5150 has some new DDC shoot out data to reveal after near year so stay tuned :worship:
