Ok, im looking for a new Motherboard, but i cant choose between theses to
the MAXIMUS FORMULA SE or the Regular MAXIMUS FORMULA.
I have a Q6600 and OCZ HPC 1150Mhz ram that will be going in.
The SE is said to work with up to 1200OC, and the regular MAXIMUS FORMULA only up to 800.
But when i go to buy it from online stores, it says the teh reg. MAXIMUS FORMULA works up too 1200OC too.
Which confuses me alot, and on Asus website, it says the MAXIMUS FORMULA works to 800 and the SE works to 1200.
What am i paying nearly 60 dollars more for?? just the waterblock on the SE edition?
Someone please point out which one is better.
here are two links to waht iam talkin about.
and on asus it says that the Maximus Formula is for AMD AM2 Platform. So thats why i dont know what to trust anymore. haha
