what is the best watercooling setup

i want to know what is the best setup for cooling,

for examply

pump to reservior to waterblock to radiator then back pump.

is that anygood for cooling or it doesn't matter

There is very little difference between the order you set it up. But the coolest water will be straight out of the rad. So going rad>cpu>res>pump>rad

would probaly be the best. You usually want the res straight before the pump.

and try have the pump as the lowest point and the res as the highest
