What fans do I need?

I got a HAF 912 for Christmas. Right now I'm running the stock fans plus one random 120 on the side as intake. I want to get 3 good fans for intake and then 1 more ok fan for exhaust. That would make 3 good fans for intake, two on the front and one on side, and then 3 average fans for exhaust, one in the back and two up top. As of right now, I'm thinking my intake fans need to be around 75 CFM and 25 dB and around $5 US. Am I being naive in these specs? Will a fan with something like 50 CFM be enough? I've read that 25 dB is the magic number for fan noise, but is this wrong? I don't want to buy a fan controller. I plan on running the intakes all on Molex and then the exhaust from the mobo. Just to confirm on fan size, are they all 120mm fans? Also in the front do you prefer two 120mm or just one 200mm fan?

For the front fan if you want to opt for a 200mm can get the CoolerMaster MegaFlow 200 Red, it will give you the best CFM to noise.

CFM value, for exhaust you want them to be high, for intake it doesn't matter as much. With the the sound, I would say below 30dB is enough, but that's my personal preference.

I want them all to be 120 fans because the 200mm models are expensive. I've seen those IPCQueen fans but they have bad reviews for both their quality and their specs are wrong.

Well you won't find any quality fans at that price range. So you'll probably need to spend more than $5 each on a fan.
