what do you think of this build?

What do you think of the following build? It's for a guy who doesn't do much on his pc other than gaming. He wants as much horse power as possible withing ~640 GBP price range. He specifically said he is not going to overclock it.
Is PSU ok, or would you get something with little bit more power?

No, but the guy who asked me to help him choose some components said he won't be overclocking it, so I picked this one as it's bit cheaper than K version.

In that case you won't really need a z77 board either tbh

And you might as wel grab the i5 3450 or 3470 if he's not overclocking and wants to save money

yep,get a h77(for raid) or b75 board and an i5 3470
