What CPU cooler will fit nice in my new rig?

So all the parts for my new rig come this week but I haven't ordered a CPU cooler yet. I need to find one that will allow me to over-clock and will fit comfortably in my system. I will have a NZXT Phantom case, ASUS P7P55D-E Pro MB, and an Intel Core i5-760. Anyone have a similar setup or knows what will fit well in it. I have heard there is not a lot of room around the CPU in the P7P55d-E Pro because the DIMM slots are really close. I just don't want to order a cooler and have it not fit well.

All depends what ram you have mate.... Most coolers hang over the top if ram is short enough.
