Hi guys im almost done buying all the parts for my computer and i don't know which gtx 670 to choose i initially wanted the ASUS gtx 670 DCUII but i read reports that its an unreliable card breaking down and supposedly asus has discontinued that model from on review i read and was wondering if it was true and if it is really an unreliable card would the EVGA gtx 670 FTW edition be good or more reliable

When it comes to the 670 I would recommend either the Gigabyte Windforce, the KFA2 or the Asus, the FTW I would only recommend if you will be watercooilng

The Asus DCII is fine...
It's the TOP card that's unreliable due to a dodgey BIOS. I'm pretty sure that's the one that's been discontinued.

If you want to be safe go for the KFA2 or Gigabyte Windforce...
Whichever is cheaper.

But there's really nothing wrong with the standard DCII

^-- this...
EVGA for a $10 hike for a limited overclock, but is a refence card
for later water-cooling. the other non-refence cards could be an
issue later for water-cooling. but for an air-cooled scenario, the
giggy windforce and even the MSI Overclock Edition are awesome.
