I wonder if AMD has been working on a few things in secret. There was wind of Synopsis, maybe they were in bed together already and they are looking at a new FinFET process. Wishful thinking, I know.

I'm just going to leave this here, and old set of AMD GPU rumours I know but it does mention a 500sq.mm 28nm GPU.

Yeah, I'm a fan of AMD too. but recently I've just been disappointed by them. I've now moved to Intel for CPUs and am considering selling my R9 290 for a GTX 970.

I really hope AMD has something good planned here.

Hopefully its the announcement of the R9 300 series because my 7870 is just starting to show her age. Looks like I know what I'm getting from Santa this year.

Idk about you but my GPU has 1536 cores.
